With our monthly website maintenance service we’ll also make minor edits to the site, i.e. add/delete pictures, add pdf’s, minor page updates, etc. (up to 3 per month). Any major content changes (new pages, copywriting, redesign, coding, etc.) are billed at an hourly rate of $200/hr. (Note: this does not carry over each month).

Here are the step-by-step actions of we use to monitor websites:
- We check the status of your websites headers and get status codes like “200-ok”, “404-not found”, etc. every 5 minutes
- If the status code doesn’t indicate a problem, we are good
- If the status code is 400+ and 500+, then the site is not loading
- In order to make sure the site is down, we make several more checks in the next 30 seconds
- If the site is still down, it sends us an alert
